For over 10 years, Melissa has used her curiosity to make new and surprising connections on behalf of her clients. Research, big questions and explorations make her a great creative and strategic lead—but if you ask her, the biggest key to success is surrounding yourself with people who are smarter than you are. That’s just one reason she loves working with Kate.

Kate has a knack for being a little ahead of the curve when it comes to a trend—an instinct that has served her brand marketing clients well over the past 14 years. It doesn’t come out of thin air, however. Kate loves to study markets to try to understand the nexus of product, audience and competition because that’s where the opportunity is.
